The 24/7 Call Center can help hold down overhead costs. Instead of "staffing up" for peak periods, overflow calls can be easily "rolled over" to the call center - at a substantially lower cost than adding additional personnel. Also, short term staff limitations such as maternity leave, vacation, or illness no longer require our Partner Agencies to carry "excess staff". Simply notify us of the extent of the coverage needed and our reservation center will be available to take your daytime calls. This is ideal for a Partner Agency that wins a new corporate account. This program monitors our Partnered Agencies' Internet bookings twenty-four hours a day checking reservations clients have made through the online booking site. This constant monitoring program gives us the ability to recheck fares and ticketing deadlines and we can issue e-tickets to protect last-minute fares.
