Applicants must posses the following qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience
  • Excellent knowledge of one or more CRS systems including, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan, Amadeus (multi-systems preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (multi-lingual welcome)
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate well with all levels of management
  • Sound knowledge of the Corporate Travel Industry
  • Prior call center experience preferred
  • Job location TBA. We have calls centers located in Saddle Brook, NJ and Tucson, AZ
